After leaving Powerhouse Gym, RJ Transou finds it very
important to follow up his lift with an important diet. Immediately upon
finishing his workout, Transou takes one scoop of GNC 100% Whey protein. This

broken down muscles from his lift, reform. As the tissues of the muscles reform,

RJ's Trip to the Gym Preview
Robert Horton Transou IV, or better known as RJ, is a common
lifter and loves to engage in working out. He can be found in the gym around
five to six times a week. Very dedicated to keeping his body healthy, Transou
commonly tries out many different online lifting programs to enhance his physical appearance and
strength abilities. He idolizes bodybuilder Jay Cutler. Cutler has won many
bodybuilding competitions and creates many different lifting programs for his
followers. Transou also finds it very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle
and watches his body intake. Transou said, “I love to eat good, stay fit, look
good, and most importantly feel good.”
